I'm sorry, Pete, but your best episode was with David O'Doherty.

Professor Blastoff! and The Bone Zone are my mvp's of the week. PB (Infinity), I had put on to fall asleep to, and then ended up laughing through the whole thing. The Bone Zone (#77 with Shane Mauss) had me making a fool of myself at work with their Red Lobster antics. The seafood discussion and subsequent epic prank

I can't help but roll my eyes every time they bring up Cyrus and Jessica's relationship. Nigel milking it out of her after the jazz routine was pathetic. I have a feeling she'll be in the top 20 just so they can continue that story arc.

@avclub-f7dafc45da369f8581fdf3bd599075aa:disqus It is unlikely that Benjen is Coldhands. Coldhands seems to possibly be the Night's King, since that story fits the character best.  Coldhands is shrouded in his black cloak, it doesn't matter who plays him, anyway.

To be honest, I tuned most of his interview segments out. I remember them talking about his love of opera.

I'm slightly disgusted with myself because I know it's piqued, not peaked. I blame lack of sleep. I was half nodding out when I wrote that. Thank you for your gentle and loving correction.

A lot of my shows skipped this week or didn't seem particularly interesting, so I decided to check out something new. Radio Like You Want won out, mainly because their newest episode featured an interview with Ben Weasel, which peaked my curiosity. After listening to that, I went into the downward spiral of consuming

This theater is in my home town! I used to work there. This stunt does not surprise me at all.

It was pretty horrible. I would have preferred just an episode with Serafinowicz. Gallagher was on defense from the get go and let fly with all his lunatic ramblings. He was, however, an interesting match to the Walking the Room guys. Go figure.

Yeah, I'm not entirely sold on it yet, but I'll give it a few more episodes to see where he takes it.

I think Barry's podcast is going to be more about being a working comic. Both episodes have been more a discussion of the business side of the profession and it's mundanities rather than riffing or analyzing their lives. He only just got started, maybe he'll play around with format. Who knows.

Anyone else check out Todd Barry's show?

I loved the thread of rockabilly jokes.

I don't think they were 18. Not in the scene where Winston loses his virginity. Unless they were really late bloomers, I would say they were 14 or 15.

Good luck with that one.

Don't be afraid of your fandom of Jonah Ray. He was maybe a hipster in his younger years, but he's grown out of it. If you compare him to actual hipsters, he's not even close. Also, he's hilarious. You should listen to his own podcast, Jonah Raydio. It's one of my favorites each week.

It was good to hear Duncan Trussell's return to podcasting this week. He was a missed presence in my weekly playlists. His appearance on Harmontown was hilarious, as he gleefully sabotaged Kumail's Chris De Burgh in D&D.

That's tough…at this point I've learned to tune out a lot of Pete's more annoying habits (Do you have one friend that's a pain in the ass, but they're still your friend? That's kind of how I get by listening to YMIW). O'Doherty is such a great storyteller, Pete does shut up and just listen a lot of the time, if that's

I've been taking a bit of a break from my usual shows this week. I do want to say how great the YMIW interview with David O'Doherty was. It was epically long, but it was so full of good stuff. It might just be my favorite interview that Pete's ever done.  Other than that, though, I've been listening to a marathon

I have nothing but time to listen to podcasts at my job. I subscribe to a lot of shows. Certain ones I will listen to the same day that they download, others I wait to listen to over the weekends since I usually work weekends and not many shows do updates over the weekend.
