I remember when MTV2 first started as an all videos all the time channel (when were they going to fit videos in on regular MTV with all the dating and prank shows?)…you could email a video request list and they would play them.  It didn't stay that way very long, but it was fun while it lasted.

I cringed when I saw that as a show.  I've never liked Har Mar Superstar (he was all the rage about a decade ago) and I don't really care what Culkin is up to these days.  I also didn't get too excited about the other new one, Shortwave, although I might give it a listen since the first guest is Aimee Mann.

I love all of his characters, I just wish he wouldn't always do the same ones so much.  I'm probably just burnt out on ALW because I just relistened to the Fourvel episode.
I completely forgot about John C. Reilly.  They're long overdue for another acting-off.  The tear basin must have dried up long ago.

I think Mulally did better than Caplan, and I try to forget that the Offerman episode ever happened.  Caplan knew she was out of her element and happily took a backseat, but Mulally was pretty game.  Her energy is just more mellow.  The songs on that episode were pretty, and I normally hate musical guests on CBB.

I knew CBB was gonna be good as soon as I saw who was on it.  I've listened to it probably 5 times since and it still cracks me up.

Normally I don't mind Holmes schtick, but it really pissed me off that he took a phone call in the middle of the show.  It was rude to Mantzoukas and annoying to listen to.
