Most comics don't really hit until they're in their 30's.  It's a lot of paying dues and building a reputation, besides building a comedic voice.  I can really only think of one under 30 who's a pretty big name and that's Aziz Ansari.

Definitely.  They were still kind of figuring out what they were doing in the first few.  They have a great camaraderie, everyone plays their part in the show…usually the only thing that might kill the flow a bit is the topical guest.  The one episode that comes to mind that really worked with a guest was…
