I thought she was another grown child actor or something, but her imdb shows nothing I've seen before.

I wonder if they're going to put the Bloody Mummers in this season. I haven't heard of any casting, but dammit, they're my favorite of the baddies!

GRRM has said he would not write the actual gods into the books to leave it open for some interpretation for the fans.  From what I get from the books, the R'hollor religion is tied to the story of the last long winter (very cold, very dark, a generation long).  R'hollor is a god of light and fire, Azor Ahai a human

I don't know what they look like, but their voices also remind me of Patton Oswalt's bit about people having a fat voice. So I just envision a triplet version of the fat twins riding motorcycles from Guinness World Records sitting around a microphone giggling and dispensing "advice".

Professor Blastoff!  You are missed…hopefully we'll get a new show next week.

I cringed once Helms got started and he came across as a half assed version of Adam Pally's "Bro"…I don't think I've ever skipped past a CBB episode but this week I made it about halfway on both before shutting them off.  Seth Morris was great, but that's always a given.

@avclub-1b9a80606d74d3da6db2f1274557e644:disqus To be fair, they were very drunk. I'm afraid the Lucero ship has sailed for me.  It's such a well worn grudge at this point, I don't really want to give it up.

@avclub-1b9a80606d74d3da6db2f1274557e644:disqus These were two different roommates.  Regarding Lucero, I will forever hate that band because of the dual efforts of that roommate and another friend who would get drunk together, listen to Lucero, and cry.  And this was at parties!  If I'd found them on my own, I might

I had one roommate who listened to Lucero so much it became a joke.  Another roommate listened to Phish and Jimmy Buffett.  Oh, and "nerd-core".  He was really big on that.

Did you ever notice how baldheads suck?

Heart of the Congos

I had to look up which new Lannister you were talking about because I'd assumed that character was Cleos Frey.  Why they heck did they have to change him from a Frey to a Lannister?

That might be a bit of a flub on the writers part..in the books he's 17ish, but in the show he's more like 19 or 20 (they aged up all the characters so the show wouldn't turn into pedofest…and GRRM acknowledged the characters should have all been older anyway)  He would have been 10 or 11 when he was taken in that

SPOILERS

If you are basing this judgement off of the picture above, then you would be right.  Bad haircuts and hipster glasses mask his cuteness.

It held my interest, I appreciated it's randomness.  And Rob Huebel.  Hubes and Daly are overdue for appearances on CBB.  They excel at being assholes.

The first concert tee I ever bought was the Nirvana "Sliver" shirt from a Sam Goody at the mall.  I was 13 (it had to have been '92 or '93) and it was the first Nirvana shirt to make it's way to horribly behind the times central Missouri.

I got rid of most of my pop culture/concert tees awhile ago when I downsized during a move.  The only thing I held onto were my U.S. Bombs and Kansas City Royals hoodies.  The two t-shirts I wore until they were practically in shreds were my 7 Seconds and American Steel shirts.  Not even my favorite bands, but loved

My favorites this week were Who Charted? with Moshe Kasher (who joined the ranks of Harris Wittels and Ben Schwartz as podcast guests that I have crushes on.  His voice is sexy and as Kulap said, he be cute) and Jon Daly's Rafflecast 2 which was a filthy trainwreck and I loved it.

They never feature Professor Blastoff! which is a damn shame.  One of the greats!
