Unfortunately, no, it's not legally available in the US.
a few of us have been discussing the finale here if you want to vent your spleen.
I thought it was as good if not better than the rolex sweep episode in series 1.
Love Rudy. Love Gilgun and his Chorley accent. Woody FTW
perhaps now that we know that we've lost Alisha for sure and Simon maybe, they were putting their characters more in the background on purpose to make their leaving less of a shock for future series? If Simon's sticking around, I don't know what kind of cockamamie timey whimey nonsense they'll pull to get him back to…
I wondered that too. But apparently Antonia Thomas (Alisha) isn't coming back:
Nothing really happened until the very end. Although Simon's reasons for traveling to the past and becoming super hoodie are way more tragic and romantic than I'd thought. I wonder what this means for Simon and Alisha in Series 4. Maybe the medium guy will bring them back to be around for the action in present time?
There's usually a dark turn in TIE, but I didn't expect their christmas special to be this dark! I liked it just because I like revisiting the characters, but yeah, waterworks through nearly the whole thing. The scene at the end with Woody and Lol made it worth it. I missed Flip and his gang, and where was Meggie? …
There has only been one episode this season that I thought was completely terrible. All the rest have been good to great.
As someone who works in retail, I hate the christmas torture hellride with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. BUT, there are a few songs/soundtracks that manage to worm their way into my playlist mix…Fairytale of New York by the Pogues is my all time favorite and I have to sing along with it out loud when it comes…
Todd Glass Show with Rory Scovel and Norm Macdonald was my favorite of the week. So far, every Scovel episode is gold. Having Macdonald still in the mix from last week makes it that much better. The restaurant ads had me laughing to tears.
What is the point of watching this show if Jamie Dornan's character is dead? I'm hoping Mr. Gold turns up and…I dunno…does some magical bullshit. For a hefty price, of course! I just don't think I can rely of the hotness of Prince Charming to be eye candy enough each week.
Not as terrible as I expected, but also not that funny…whatever.
The 2080's
I can understand that. It's a bit repetitive, and Todd is…Todd. He hasn't really gotten on my nerves yet, but I do think the show only works with certain guests. I don't necessarily listen to it every week because of that.
The Todd Glass Show with Norm McDonald this week was pretty great. I just enjoy listening to Norm talk and tell stories. I found his laid back energy vs. Todd's frazzled energy interesting. Looking forward to next week with Rory Scovel back again!
I feel like SPY got shafted in this week's podmass…I'm glad they're finally getting mentioned, but they were better than being in "the rest." Both the PFT and the Ben Mills episodes were solidly hilarious. The reality show pitches were the funniest thing I heard all week. I think the overt canadian-ness of the show…
Luckily I do not embarrass easily. Though I don't bother trying to explain to coworkers what I'm laughing at because they never understand the humor in it. That episode was definitely an improvement over the first one.
There were funny parts to CBB, and I always enjoy Nealon and Schwartz, but it felt like they couldn't get a real rhythm going that episode. I've never truly hated a CBB episode. I always find a good laugh in there somewhere. Some episodes just hit better than others.
