I used to hang out with both the Freaks and the Geeks when I was in HS. I guess I was a mix of a Freak and Geek. So naturally, I love this show.

There's an excellent interview with Barrymore last week on NPR's Fresh Air where Terry goes into the comparisons between Drew and Edie's lives. It was a pretty interesting listen. She also talked about the work she went into getting her accent and mannerisms down.

I was wondering the same thing, MelissaW. It makes no sense to me. One of my criteria of choosing my partner was that he was into the same sort of movies that I am. But, that's me. I hate all chick flicks and love horror and scifi. Reading this makes me realize how lucky he has it.

Right after we moved back into the Philadelphia region, we went and saw the Sixth Sense with my Mother and Youngest Sister.

I've been thinking it's Hannah or Micah. Hannah died a real death but she lives in the interwebs or something weird. She was much better at being one with electronics than Micah.
