I agree - I thought that Leslie kind of rejects Mark/the idea of Mark when they almost kiss again (just before Mark falls into the pit).  Then she stresses out a bunch when Ann and Mark start dating…  I feel that that story came to a relatively strong conclusion.

Yes, many episodes would benefit from a second opinion and a couple re-writes. I can't believe they just send someone off to do it alone…that doesn't even sound like a good idea.

I think it might have happened during the Impossible Astronaut…she was kidnapped for a time. She was pregnant before that - once they got her back, the pregnancy scan was all funny.
