I can't recall the episode, and I don't know if it's one of the best, but there's an episode where Homer joins the Stonecutters, does something to warrant the other members not wanting him, so the other members form a new society, and Homer is left to reenact a war with Colobus monkeys.

Please do.

Fans simply don't care.   Once people are offered something for cheaper (or can easily get it for free), not many will go back to paying more.  The general attitude is dismissive of artists' complaints about royalty and other financial models which these days often result in earnings of zero.   I don't think this can

I agree.  It does a really good job of portarying dealing with the death of a loved one.    It's also realistic in how, though people are obviously distraught right after the death, the immediate post-death experience is relatively "easy." (Not universally, obviously, but for a lot of people).   There's still shock to

It was out of print for a long time, but it was re-released on CD a couple of years ago.   At the time of rerelease, Amazon US sold it for about 15 or 16 dollars.   Now, it's only available from secondary sellers (for various prices) and as an import through Amazon US for about $30.  But, it's totally worth the

Best live album ever? (IMO, of course).   "Natalie Live!" by Natalie Cole - recorded in the 1970s when she was still talked about as the next Queen of Soul.   This is no post-comeback, singing-with-her-father, light-jazz and adult contemporary Natalie Cole.   This is raging rock, gospel, blues, soul, screaming, fiery,

Sounds like Queen mixed with the score from some mega-blockbuster movie involving ships, planes, other objects of warefare, and/or giant animals, and certainly all sorts of explosions.  I guess that was the point.   The soft tinkling piano intro and outro are a bit perplexing.   In other words, it sucks.

First, obviously, the artist has to be a competent live musician.   Plenty of people who are fine on record, can't actually transfer that to the stage - from merely okay to boring to blazingly horrible.

She looks just like the other one.  Mamie was good as a guest star on the Good Wife, but she's really not a great actress and the Emily Owens character really should suffer a violent death.   Is Grace Gummer any better?
