Basically why I liked the books and like the show. Having a guy like Bronn saying a thing like that with a "well-what-are-you-gonna-do?" expression on his face.
Looked like a marmot.
Well when he told Cersei, Robert was still alive on a hunting trip. He was being merciful to Myrcella, Tommen and Joffrey. (Robert dying to a boar was bad luck.)
He yelled "SWORD" to his squire who came running down the track with his sword so he could chop the head off his horse.
Ned Stark did figure out the mystery Jon Arryn was investigating. So he wasn't dumb.
I thought Tommen would "go away inside" when Joffrey was being a royal cunt, like when he had his guards force wine down Ser Dantos's throat. Like all the time.
Impudent Little Wench -
Yeah either way. And the Others are rising again driving the wildlings like Osha south.
I think he's doing what his father instructed him to do and is trying to bring the boy king and his mother "to heel."
If two leaked, he could have said he was pursuing two avenues and keeping his options open. He just wasn't keeping everyone fully informed of his plans.
Great band name, The Hulking Tards.
Yeah he was a favorite of mine. Was friends with Benjen Stark. Laughed it up with Tyrion at the Wall and traveled the Kingsroad with him. Rode hard to let Ned Stark know that his wife had taken the Imp. And granted Ned's last wish by saving Arya.
That may be true, as in based in the books, and/or the usurpers rationalized his taking the crown after the fact with some creative geneaology. But olivececile makes a good point: the seed was strong with the Bartheons and the Targaryens were all silvery-blonde.
Also, the fact that Janos Slynt commander of the city watch and Maester Pycelle have no honor got them shipped to the Wall and sent to the black cells, respectively.
Yeah great scene. "The dragons are gone…"
We need more Hodor cock with giant blood.
Yes I agree with you that the scene seemed weird. But the first episode did have her saving Ser Dantos from Joffrey. She seemed to have it somewhat together there but the actress did a good job of making seem like Sansa was about to have a nervous breakdown at dinner.
