Yeah, that was another point of confusion. I didn't know what "the mole" was. I was thinking it was the ship itself.

Good question. I didn't get that either.

I suck at non-linear movies. I just saw it, but couldn't figure out how the three plot lines quite worked till I just read the review. Makes me want to see it again, now that I know.

2Dun, 2Kirk.

I haven't, though I know he played with them. I'm not surprised, though. I also liked what he did with NIN. I'm pretty sure both Billy and Trent heard Outside and Earthling and said "we need HIM on our next project."

I always thought 'Part 9' was his last great statement in the band. That part always tends to be forgotten in the piece—both Roger and David have omitted it, live—but it's just phenomenal.

Interesting choice. I'd love to hear what it sounded like at regular speed.

Jools is so effortlessly talented as a pianist, it might actually make me mad.

Mike Garson. ANYTHING by him. Aladdin Sane is always the go-to, but personally, his outro on Thru These Architects Eyes just kills me, every time.

This was my first Mario game in a decade or so, as the Gamecube was my first console after the original NES. My memory of it is mostly tangled up with a bad breakup I was going through at the time, so the incessant cheeriness of the game was a weird intrusion to an otherwise pretty dark time.

U2. Seen every tour (at least once) since Zoo TV. I was quite the fanatic in the 90's and early 00's.

Interesting. I hadn't considered Marvel's "big continuity" vs. DC's separate continuities. I just listened to a podcast with Jim Lee, and he touched a bit on some of the issues regarding marketing and branding. I guess I'm a bit surprised they haven't followed Marvel's lead, since to my knowledge, there isn't a lot

Isn't that the case with Marvel, too? With only a few exceptions like Coulson, or a Nick Fury cameo.

I call next!

Jesus! It's not gluten-free?
Jesus: it's not gluten-free.

I'm picturing an "unsubscribe" option.

Somehow, I'm on board for this. Can't go wrong with Jim Lee or JR Jr., and I dug Dark Days: The Forge. I've always been much more a fan of Marvel, but I like some big DC stuff like this.

SPOILER ALERT! Arby's has the meats.

I learned about her in an Electronic Music course in college. The fact she (I guess 'he', at the time?) first came to fame by playing classical music on synths, rather than pioneering some altogether new type of music, probably didn't help matters in terms of her legacy
