I don't think he's faking. It may be psychosomatic, but nobody puts themselves through that if they can help it. I think the only person he's conning is himself in terms of why he feels the need to punish Jimmy. Everything else stems from that.

That take is as hot as the fires of Mount Doom.

I don't know—I honestly didn't see his conversation with the prosecutor as being knowingly dishonest. I think he absolutely believes what he's selling. As for Ernesto, Chuck didn't technically do anything "wrong" there, in any legal sense. Morally, probably—especially when you consider Jimmy has taken care of him

It's not the diamond we need, but it's the diamond we deserve!

This sounds like something the Joker would LIKE you to think.

Yes. But he's gonna die eventually, proving Scott Baio right.

God yes. I actually have a book of his sitting in my backpack, which I'm having a very hard time mustering up the nerve to read. I've read a number of his books, but it's always a bit of a struggle to get into the right mindset to try and understand the stuff.

Ah, I haven't gotten there yet, then. It's funny how wildly varied everyone can play this game. My biggest diversion was going after the Gerudo Divine Beast SECOND, which I found out in hindsight was nearly impossible to do. It made the following ones seem so much easier by comparison. I think it was pure luck,

You think? I don't think there's a con with Chuck. He abides by the letter of the law. Which is why it infuriates him to think Jimmy could outdo him by skirting the law. It also goes right back to their childhood—Chuck does everything "right" but isn't loved, while Jimmy is the loveable scamp, despite, or because

That's good to know—I can't remember if I met that person yet or not. It reminds me of the similar quest in Wind Waker, which I came close to completing, but realized I'd have to slog through some of the temples and big bosses again to complete it. I still may revisit that one at some point…

I think it has more to do with Jimmy using underhanded means to win, while Chuck is by the book. Any time Jimmy "wins", it's because he bent the rules or cheated. Chuck's sense of justice can't abide that.

Yeah, I finally started trying to take pictures of all the enemies, weapons, and materials I could. I know I won't be able to complete it—I didn't bother taking pictures of the divine beast bosses until the last one I just beat. I assume it will allow me to continue taking pictures after I beat Ganon—or it will have

Yeah, I think Chuck's emotions all along have been genuine. And McKean is amazing. His face goes through a whole list of emotions when he brought the hammer down last episode: self-satisfaction, pity, sorrow. I know people hate Chuck—and yes, he's kind of despicable—but the show has done an amazing job of

Totally. "Care to elaborate?" Mike's terseness is wonderful.

Maybe. I can't help but see Kim as kind of wasting her time with Jimmy, much as I like both of them. Seeing her come to his defense this episode, I'm just kind of cringing, thinking "you don't know what you're getting yourself into!" Once she ends up going down with him with this case, I don't know that I see her

I was saying, it would have probably taken me hours to get those up there. I always wondered how/why I invariably see sneakers hanging from telephone wires.

They should just use the best line from Avengers 2:
Avengers 4: None of This Makes Any Sense

I'll have to try this.
This game is just so good. I've beaten the 4 divine beasts, but am still wandering around, completing side quests, and continuing to find new, hidden shrines. I'm gonna have to tackle the main castle soon, I suppose, but I'm reluctant to bring the game to an end.

I assume Alpha Flight go with X-Men, and are therefore properties of Fox?

Oh yeah! With the anger of 1000 burning suns. You know what you did.
