Agreed. I still really don't like Delta Machine, but that tour was one of my favorites from them. Somehow they made even the new songs sound good.

It's weird, Wrong didn't hit me at first. But then I saw them on that tour, and that song just f'ing ROCKED in the best way. All heavy bass stomp. It sounded MASSIVE. I was convinced from then on.
I still like to pronounce the band name like the Monarch does. "DEE-peche Mode!"
It recently occurred to me just how much Frank Miller stuff is out there these days. You had Sin City and 300. You have Batman V Superman, which draws heavily from TDKR. You have the Daredevil Netflix show, which draws from his run. And we had The Wolverine, which drew from his collaboration with Chris Claremont…
It's a strategy that obviously works, or at least seems to. People will buy books online or download to their Kindle/iPads, but you can't download a toy, and you probably aren't going to shop online for stuff like that. At the one near me, you literally have to walk past the toys to get to the books. It's either…
Ditto Barnes & Noble and Bed Bath & Beyond.
This looks pretty and all, but is it terribly necessary if one already has Hyrule Historia? This seems to be covering a LOT of the same ground. Just with a brown cover, instead of green.
In the case of AQOT, I thought it was more "beware of penises….except mine! Mine's ok. Care to step into my unmarked, windowless van?"
No 'Little 15' by Depeche Mode? Also 'Question of Time'. Anyone else convinced Martin Gore had something going on with 15 year old(s) back in the day?
This looks neat—something like Prophet, which it seems I SHOULD have liked, but didn't.
I do, too. Wasn't it the same episode that basically tested the purity of bottled water, and found it to often be LESS than what you'd get from the tap? I feel like that episode was pretty eye-opening for me.
So, not Star Wars: Growing Up Jar Jar? Dang.
I'm not sure what I think of the appearance of X-Men comics. Being self-referential seems to be something that might fit a Deadpool movie, but not a serious Wolverine one. Can anyone tell if it's a "real" issue they're looking at? I didn't recognize the logo on the cover.
Funny enough, I think Wolverine was always more interesting as an older dude. Even back in the 80's, he was always portrait as a bit more grizzled and experienced than the rest of the team. Maybe Jim Lee and the rest didn't quite draw him that way, but he still seems like he should be a good 10 years older than…
That's actually pretty accurate. I'd put Apocalypse in the mid category, I think.
"Hey, that's neat! They apparently took a comic book and….get this….made it into a movie! Huh! Wonder if that'll catch on."
Still no X-shaped crucifix, a la Uncanny #251? Come on. It would be SO COOL.
That's great. Up there with Bowie touring with NIN in the "old guys pissing off their fans with young, abrasive openers" category.
I'm sure it just hasn't met the right girl yet.
That was completely unin…..um, INTENTIONAL! Yes. See how clever I am.
