not the end of bennett!
if topher has a copy of himself, it's hard to imagine bennett hasn't got one lying around somewhere too. though i suppose we might not have time to get to it before the series ends.

i think they explained to us that the rossum #1 takes pains to make sure no one knows who s/he is or could recognize him/her. so there's nothing boyd could potentially say to some trooper and be instantly obeyed.

hmm.
taking over the chair in bennett's lab to facilitate the break-in was a cool idea… except didn't it look 100% unnecessary? the only thing the hijacked doll did was physically restrain bennett, which either victor or ballard could easily have done, seeing as how they had somehow gotten all the way in there

can't believe i missed that.

that's a very interesting idea, Pgroove!

presumably ivy went to the same tunnels dewitt went to a minute later with mellie.

was that "it's nice to feel pain" line from claire? (i don't watch anymore.) wasn't there a whole big Thing a while back about how she couldn't feel pain anymore, and it totally bummed her out? like after sylar got frisky inside her exposed cortex? did they fix her somehow?

you may have missed alpha's comment, that he should maybe blame himself for echo loving ballard, since he put them in contact in the first place. i think it's pretty unambiguously established that alpha planted the messages to ballard.

DUH!
i was slow to catch on to this. caroline apparently found out who the rossum leaders are, and bennett (Glau) was with her in a climactic ("we'll both get nabbed") memory. ergo, bennett was working with caroline to bring rossum down, while only caroline escaped?

did anyone mention yet:
another parallel in "attic": unimatrix zero, from voyager. but not less compelling for the similarity.

i swear, i only clicked "post" once.

why would that be heartbreaking?

sometimes i think either my standards are too high or i have a different conception of good acting from most everyone else. anyway, i stand completely by my assessment that Gjokaj has been extremely convincing in all his roles *that we've already seen acted by somebody else*, and very unconvincing in all the other

"suggesting that a writer should have refrained from a particular reference"

i don't think she was necessarily showing true colors to alpha. i think she was trying everything she could think of to allow her to call downstairs and warn them (probably through a codeword system which i'm sure they'd have). these are classic ways to throw us off the scent.

sometimes sausages… like other sausages.

technically i agree, but i hate the legibility factor of quotes within quotes.

hm, i kinda like the accelerated pace. better too fast than too slow (which was the case with another ill-fated two-seasoned scifi show featuring Summer Glau, the sarah connor chronicles). of course, a happy medium would be nice.
