I think the good stuff on Brain Candy well outweighs its rough patches, but couldn't get through Death Comes To Town. Unless it finishes on an unbelievable high point, I can't recommend it.

This show reaches new heights when they cut Jon Benjamin loose and let him get weird with Bob. That toast scene where every single family member was going for broke was just priceless. I think this is one of the rare shows that can be grounded and funny without needing a straight man.
