I have to ask, is Cage worth watching? I wasn't blown away by the trailer, and the reviews here were pretty meh. Does it suffer from a lacking second half? Because I usually get bored with the Netflix shows about 8 episodes in.

I know that people don't take crap about the Marvel Netflix shows, but I found both seasons of Daredevil and JJ tiring at the end, especially DD. Thirteen episodes felt way too long, they could've easily wrapped up after 8-9, and the second half of DD S2 shouldn't have happened. Netflix really doesn't know how to

Not sure if tumblr comics count but the girl who made the Background Slytherin series and the girl who made the Asshole Dumbledore series (don't remember what this series is actually called but Dumbledore is an asshole in it so) are delightful

Not even kidding I'd watch the hell out of both of those scenarios. As long as Jimmy stays fucking quiet and doesn't ruin the day.

When you put it that way it makes sense. I watch Colbert's monologue without fail, and love his political sketches, but Fallon trying to beat him in something Colbert's done for over a decade is silly.

How does the drawing look? I really liked the graphics in the 2000s, they felt the best to me. The new goth looks are just annoying, and the 1980s ones felt outdated; so I stopped reading a couple of years ago. If these comics are like the older ones I'd give them a try.

I liked Julian this season up until he said that the reason he didn't want to play Savitar wasn't because of some psychological trauma, but because of him wanting to look more macho in front of Caitlin. That did it for me.

It's Shakespeare in general, really. Even if Arrow season 2 (which is inarguably the peak of the Arrowverse) aired at the same time as AoS season 4, I'd still pick AoS

Agent Can'tSayGoodBye!

If you dropped it in season 2 then you really have no right to comment on how it is now. I still watch Flash so I can cheerfully talk about how much trash it is every week.

Thanks for promoting AoS. It really needs the views it's doing really bad in ratings (although there's a 140% rise in viewership during the reruns so I'm guessing it's the 10PM timing that's putting people off).

You forgot incest!

I think all three shows have their charm. Supergirl and LOT are silly and nonsensical but fun to watch. Arrow is serious and nonsensical but fun to watch. Flash just makes me want to hurl. I can't wait for the Ezra Miller version tbh, something I would've never said last year.

I am! I genuinely hope Barry dies and we start over with another Earth version of him! If they get a cooler Iris, I'd be down with that too!

Does anyone actually watch it because it's good? Not anymore. I just make fun of it and constantly compare it to every other superhero show on TV.

In Wally's defense, who isn't calling Barry out on being completely full of it?

I don't know, Earth 2 Iris and Flashpoint Iris were a lot of fun. I think it's just that writers can't commit to giving her a great plot line every week because then they'd be viewed as non-sexist. This show loves to push aside its female characters and make a total idiot the protagonist.

I hope they kill off Barry and Iris this season and bring in some cooler versions of them from another Earth. Candice Patton has shown us how much fun other Irises are, why waste the opportunity?

That's because they're fitting three years worth of Flash plots in one season. They don't fuck around with dramatic reveals unless you genuinely don't see it coming. They work extremely fast and so far AoS hasn't had a single filler episode this year, they're giving as much plot as they can. I've noticed that they

He's been trying to drop subtle hints all year hoping someone would notice. Poor Savitar, he probably gets lonely when Barry isn't trying to fuck him up all the time.
