This was definitely one of the better episodes of the series, but it was not A material in my opinion. The best part was Carl coldly gunning down the masked madman - He's turning into a real coolman!

Maybe it's because he rarely says anything and mostly just stares down folk that are much older than him (take that, Andrea!) When Carl does have lines it's wholly important and always furthers the plot along, not just random…

To any new viewers of the show, dont let the comment section (or even the reviews themselves) stain your opinion of the show. It's mostly just snooty bitching about the show's "blatant" symbolism and the title sequence, both of which i have no problem with. Boardwalk Empire is *not* a subtle show, but it doesn't try…

All that shit was boring, don't kid yourselves. It could work if the writing wasn't godawful and the characters weren't so underdeveloped, but here we are.

There was that little peek at a younger Stan living in a cabin in the mountains. I always wondered what that was about… I do hope both that and TIME BABY will be explored some day.

This was a solid B+ episode, not anything too mind blowing, although it gets extra points for showing more shades of Mabel and her relationship with Grunkle Stan.

This. I always took the joke with the Gremgoblin becoming like his father was a mirror-image (heh) of what's going on with Mabel in this episode.

Yup, easily the worst character on the show - A show that already has a LOT of (unintentionally) annoying characters.
