Good Doctor - sounds like we might go to the same college. Only I just finished Gremlins 2: The New Batch, and have just moved on to the so-bad-it's-bad Bobcat Goldthwait vehicle Hot to Trot, which is fun to get drunk to.

I was flipping through the channels the other day and caught this video. I was hoping it was satire. Lame, neutered satire, but satire nonetheless. I guess I was wrong.
I have never seen this show, but have every faith that the liveblog will be great, so I'll be here for that.
I went to go see Orange County, the one with Colin Hanks. The theater caught on fire about 10 minutes into the film and they evacuated us. We got vouchers to see it again for free. That's all.
Pecota - "We've tried nothin', and we're all out of ideas!"
I love the Style section's tendency to inflate one instance into a trend. (I know that's been mentioned here several times and I'm not the first to bring it up.) Because one woman's mom is a bitch, all new-generation grandmas don't care about their grandkids? Great! Thanks, NYT!
ld, I'm not implying that every person who supports human rights causes is a smug trend-follower, or even that it's necessarily a bad thing that "self-righteous" people get involved, however tangentially; Bono has done a lot to bring attention to some worthy causes. He just rubs me the wrong way because he reminds me…
I have never been able to stand U2. It used to just be Bono's self-important wail, but when they started wedging themselves into the forefront of every trendy human-rights cause, it really cemented my loathing. I don't know, maybe they are sincere in their rights efforts; all I know is they annoy the hell out of me.…
Boys becoming men…men becoming wolves…
That bird better not buy stereo speakers with my credit card!
This is a photo from a couple of years ago. As I said elsewhere, I just switched from my duh face to my bitchy face.
CW made a Metalocalypse reference, and I liked it.
For some reason, when Amelie said "It's a Mask reference" regarding Alex's proposed catch-phrase, it didn't click. I thought she meant The Mask with Eric Stoltz. And that didn't faze me at all!
That confused me. What was the reaction of the Greenwich Village club patrons? Presumably it was positive, since he went ahead with this comedy abortion, but…WHY? Was the two-drink minimum a factor in their approval?
Stupid shoddy Taiwanese fart machines. When I was a kid, they made 'em here in the good old US of A, and they were proud to do it.
Maya Rudolph.
He does seem fond of Seth Green, but at least that's a little more understandable.
Space Mutiny is disturbing in about a hundred different ways. Why is the heroine so old? She's like, the same age as her onscreen dad, somehow. Casting her as the romantic lead with that infant-faced doofus is just odd. The worst part? She and Brick HardCheese actually married in real life.
OK, Kirk, now it's for real. You and me forever. What was it like meeting Joel??!! Did you get a photo with him?
Oh, Kirk. You and your fedora are welcome at my place any time.
