I disagree. The Florida stuff was good because it was good, not because it was "just okay". And making COLLEEN a lesbian seemed like a natural, surprising way for Jack to question happiness. It's not like they made it a character arc that came from no where.

Given the track record for Happy Madison, I think everyone would go in with that "screw these guys" mentality.

Ehh, less season 3 than season 4. Season 3, while uneven, was for the most part pretty great.

I wouldn't say it's "bad". I thought it was just a bunch of funny scenes (especially Spaceman giving Jack a flu shot) that never assembled into a coherent whole.

I think all of these reviled comics, like Larry the Cable Guy, have atleast a smidge of comedic talent. How they use it, and if their success is justified is a completely different manner.

I would say season 5 of 30 Rock is just as good as season 3, so I wouldn't say its best days are "permanently" in the past.
