Mike Scioscia's tragic illness always made me smile.

There's some pretty interesting stuff about Palin being a crazy person (surprise, surprise) but the best stuff is clearly about the Obama/Clinton/Edwards fight.

How is this even a feasible two hour movie?
I'm pretty sure that between this and Moneyball 2011's going to be the year of unadaptable books I really liked being turned into movies with great casts.

Yeah, I have to echo the "best episode of the season" comment. It actually felt like an episode of, well, the Office. It would have been a down episode from season 2 0r 3 - but still connected to that universe which was nice.

Given that Major League came out in 1989 - and Williams first big year was 1989 I don't think it's more likely that Williams got the nickname as a response to the movie. Also despite the ending Vaughn is a starter, not a closer, for the rest of the film, so the connection to Williams is even more unlikely.
