I saw Morrissey in concert two weeks ago. At one point he ripped off his shirt and threw it into the crowd, and he looked to be in great shape. Really great for a 50 year old guy. He will not qualify for Raymond's award anytime soon.

I don't think you can speak of "the midwestern accent". I grew up in southeast Michigan mostly, and I would say I have a midwestern accent, but I know it's different from some other accents from the midwest. What does it mean to you to say that someone sounds "normal"?

I'm not sure what you mean by Midwestern accent. Chicago attracts people, with slightly different accents, from all over the midwest, plus it has a few accents of its own. I'm no ER expert, but I can't think of an accent I heard on the show that sounded out of place.

liver failure
So they "unlocked" Mos Def when they figured out his liver had completely shut down due to the rat pee. Doesn't that just mean he'll be able to talk a bit before he dies, or are there forms of total liver failure that are reversible?
