How could it have been unintentional? The reflection would have to have been added in post to be different from what was actually happening.

I think I agree with other people that the Giant is the Fireman, but I am onboard with the Dutchman being some representation of the White Lodge.

Not that the concerns of the real world have a whole lot of importance in this narrative, but it's also worth noting that the employer of over half the town burnt down 25 years ago and was never rebuilt, and the damage from something like that lasts a very long time.

There definitely were. As soon as I realized what was happening I started looking at my watch and timing it out and there were variations in when each line was spoken and in some cases different phrases were left out.

Was it creamed corn, though? Looked like noodle soup to me.

I said this before — maybe even to you? But I fail to see how this constitutes any kind of happy ending or resolution for either Cooper OR Janey-E. You don't just suddenly take over a man's life when it wasn't you who fell in love, raised a child, or built a career in the first place. It sounds horrifying. Doubly so

Where did you hear that?

Or theory three: Other people like something you don't like.

I think that subverted our expectations that the prints would lead people to Dougie, and I think later we'll have our expectations subverted that the issue has been resolved when someone in Davis's office lets him know that someone was checking for Cooper's fingerprints.

They've shoveled themselves out of the shit, sheeple!

There's also the impression that there are some forces that make it simply impossible for her to leave. Seriously, in the real world, would anyone stay in the house where she was repeatedly drugged to keep her unaware of the incestuous abuse taking place between her husband and the daughter and niece he murdered?

There are already so many comments here I doubt I'll ever ketchup.

The rating you gave to Chik-Fil-A's weird, tastes-like-nothing-in-the-real-world sauce casts doubt on everything else in this piece.

There have now been multiple instances of loops and things being off timingwise, and most have been accompanied by some form of reaction by the characters. So if this isn't intentional then Lynch is the sloppiest editor in the world (also, it's really hard to see how the reflections being off weren't intentional,

Don't forget, Dougie moves like a "Cobra." I fully expect that eventually Gordon Cole will make a stop at the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and there will be a scene with Bobby and Betty where Bobby is forced to say, "Stop, or my mom will shoot!"

Except…he isn't a little man.

The last scene of the series features Bob Newhart waking up next to Norma Jennings…and then Roseanne's voiceover talks about how all of this was her way of processing DJ's death due to botulism from creamed corn.

There are two reasons this isn't plausible to me:
1. We saw BOB removed from Coop by the Woodsmen already — at least it sure looked that way.
2. The Doppelganger was evil before he was carrying BOB around. It's not a Leland situation — he's not "possessed," he's just an evil version of Cooper that was giving BOB a ride.

I can't wait until someone very dedicated does a fan edit of this series in chronological order (which I'm guessing will be the third or fourth time I watch this).

Because she's communicating with Jeffries. There have been a number of communiques so far that would have been completely unnecessary if it were Coopelganger she were talking with.
