Her anger with Dougie and the loan sharks is natural, but she's acted aggressively rather aggressively toward everyone except the doctor, so far, including the police. Amend "rage issues" to, "a chip on her shoulder."
Ratings are meaningless in the context of pay TV…it drove up subscriptions, is generating acclaim and possibly awards nods, and Showtime is at least vocally very happy with the show's performance.
