Isn't that an album by Arrested Development?
Though you guys'd go for There Will Be Blood or something. Must be the Greenwood.
It might be, I dunno. There doesn't seem to be any shoe-in I'd throw money on like I might with American Beauty in the nineties (or is that somehow hated here, I can't even keep fucking track with you people).
Adventure is an A+ album for me (despite being almost infinitely inferior to Marquee Moon, oddly enough), but Television released a self-titled comeback in 1992.
I really like Amy Poehler as Leslie Knope, it's just that she's no Michael Scott. While Michael Scott is surrounded by the fucking weirdest people ever, he still manages to be the one to make the biggest spectacle of himself. Leslie Knope is just a sane, over-passionate politician that's a little offbeat. Parks And…
…
I meant that not offensively, but surprisedly. You don't hear anything like that too often.
No, it doesn't, because they've explicitly stated that it's not a concept album.
That was the BEST.
Actually, Big Star had a comeback album, making Third/Sister Lovers not their last album.
I….liked Chinese Democracy. It's on my top one hundred list.
Really? I quite liked that.
The Woods was okay (relatively, I mean, otherwise it's excellent), but One Beat is their second best, I think. I don't understand how anyone can think that Dig Me Out is anything but the best.
"This wasn't prepared. I just went through my iTunes. It's not nearly complete, either."
Sounds like The Who Sell Out's concept of being heard through a radio.
I used to agree with that last sentiment, but now Stuck Between Stations is their best for me. Also, BAGIA isn't meant to be coherent in the sense of a concept album. If you're trying to hear it like that, uh, what's wrong with you?
Accurate grade, I'd say. Maybe A-.
LINES
Only a B?
I couldn't stop laughing.
Man, I wish I had all of my lists prepared right now. I'd have about as much as TomWaits.
