Combat Rock is such a good song. I know that Corin Tucker really wanted to be our Joey Ramone and everything, but she, thank god, works much better as our Joe Strummer.

The best Yeah Yeah Yeahs album is It's Blitz!, despite Maps being their best song. Fever To Tell is overrated. It's Riot Grrrl that's too little too late. It's Blitz! showed that Yeah Yeah Yeahs actually somehow do have a place in this world.

I prefer The Black Album to The Blueprint myself, but American Gangster? The fuck, man?

Funny you should say that, Kid A is my least favorite song off of Kid A. Still, Everything In Its Right Place remains my favorite, so I'd never turn it off after two.

Also, on the topic of Hot Fuss, it had two great songs: Mr. Brightside and All These Things That I've Done. Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine and Somebody Told Me are good, too. The rest is whatever.

For the record, Where The Devil Don't Stay and Goddamn Lonely Love are my favorite Drive-By Truckers songs, but the rest of The Dirty South certainly isn't as consistent.
