Bruce Wayne is currently 12 or 13 years old, while some of the villains have been portrayed as in their 30s. That's right, by the time he becomes Batman he'll be bravely fighting the biggest criminals of all: AARP members.

I'm fairly sure BD Wong is incapable of growing a beard (and a search of "BD Wong beard" brought up completely different results than I was expecting), so I look forward to him wearing a hilariously bad fake beard.

"Is this because I'm a lesbian?"

Find its groove = ditch The Office and blatantly copy 30 Rock. Get rid of Denise and have Kermit date Liz Lemoppet, bring on Jenna Kraowski for a weekly diva-off with Miss Piggy, and hire the human muppet, Jack McBrayer.

That was addressed in the Animated Series episode, "Trial," where the Arkham Asylum inmates kidnap Batman and put him on trial for creating them. Probably one of the best episodes they ever did.

I was impressed by the puppetry this episode. There were a lot of terrific facial expressions, and I'm still trying to figure out how they pulled off the parts where Piggy was lifted off the ground.

To be fair, the first few episodes of 30 Rock were a less cartoony version of 30 Rock. The Muppets still has some ways to go, but I still see potential. Either that, or I'm desperate for a 30 Rock fix and this is the closest we'll get until Kimmy returns.

I dunno, Dave is giving him a run for his money with his obsession with Working Girl and the Traveling Wilburys.

"I know who you are. Jazz Gumby."

I'm pretty sure I heard a gunshot at the end when Simmons was trying to escape. That's why Will tossed the gun away in the stinger, because he only had one bullet left.

Apparently there is a real National City in San Diego County. I wonder if they named it after that, or just to keep with the tradition of bland city names.

From the recent Richard Kind Random Roles:

Or 10 seasons like Smallville.

Agreed about Gideon. I loved to hate him, but the show did a fantastic job in making his redemption believable.

Absolutely amazing. Any show that remakes openings will always have a special place in my heart. It was all so weird, so imaginative, and so, so wonderful.

Meanwhile, on Earth-2, where Power Girl just debuted:

I'm out of here the second they refer to him as The Red-Blue Blur.

Pretty good pilot. Definitely felt a little rushed, but I liked the lighter tone and sense of wonder that was missing from Man of Steel. I just hope the narration doesn't make it past the pilot, because Melissa Benoist is awful at it.

A couple of years ago there was a ballot initiative in my state that gave veterans extra points on the civil service exam. Naturally, the only thing I could think of was, "Mooching war veterans."

Oh, that sucks that she'll probably have less time for Marvel now, but I'm happy she's getting a lot of high-profile work.
