I'm wondering what all the die-hards think of this episode. I have to admit that I'm a casual watcher and actually didn't watch any of last season, although I heard about the season finale. I pretty much stopped watching because I felt like the show was in an infinite cycle of hope > nope since the 2nd season. I

I guess if you like television that mimics real life situations involving the justice system, then you probably loved "The Night Of." I am one that watches T.V. to escape reality, so I really was disappointed last night. Overall I enjoyed the series as a whole. Thought the acting was top-notch as well. In the end, it

I'm with you man. It's just "meh" to me. I think I'm just so use to the song format of Dinosaur Jr that I can't get excited anymore. I wish they would write more together or he'd give Lou more than two songs per album.

The fact that people love this band blows my mind. I'd never give Rose a cent.

You may have hit it with Seinfeld season 7 finale. That was pretty groundbreaking, as I don't think anyone saw Suzanne dying and the whole season ties in brilliantly at the end. Good call.

I'm not sure I can think of another show that had a better finale than that. Maybe the first season of the Sopranos? That was really awesome. The season 4 finale of Dexter was great. Season 1 of Spartacus had a ridiculous finale too. Since this episode was SO long it just felt like they really used every minute for

No, he's too smart and stubborn to allow that to happen. If that were the case, he would have rushed TWOW out. He didn't and he won't, which is why he's a great writer.

It's definitely Robert since she knows that he hates Targs. That's why Ned had to proclaim Jon as his.

You have to feel bad for George. I know he's a slow writer and I guess he had to expect some spoilers, but last night with the KL plot he can't be feeling good. GRRM said in an interview that there are three major shocks in ASOIAF; two of those have already been written and viewed (Ned's beheading and the Red

I heard that he recently read an Aeron chapter at Balticon that's about 4 years old. He told the audience that it hadn't been edited and that there were many mistakes in it. I think that's a really bad sign. He's been reading all old chapters over the past few years. I wouldn't expect this book out any time soon.

You know an episode is great when you can't say much that hasn't already been said. It almost felt like this episode was written and directed by a completely different team. All of the poor dialog and setup over the past few episodes were absent. The only issue is really with the timeline, but at this point it doesn't

Jaqen - "If a girl happens to stop by King's Landing, maybe she can put up a man for a nice lamprey pie. A man is good for the money."

Okay, so if that is the case then who does Arya kill? What is the list for if only crotchety Walder Frey and the Mountain are left?

Terminator all the way. I swear so many people recognized it that I'm wondering if it was intentional.

B-?? This was the worst GOT episode ever. The Riverlands plot came way too late. I could care less at this point what happened to that castle. Also, it just felt like the show-runners needed to get Jamie out of King's Landing, so they just sent him to the Riverlands. The whole unfolding of Arya's plotline this year

Good theory but I keep coming back to the show just being more straight forward. I think we all have better ideas at this point.

I think they are just showing that a bastard and a Stark who was married to a Lannister and Bolton are not going to easily influence the North. Again, this is just the show since the North isn't as loyal as they are in the books. And yes, Manderly being absent from the show doesn't help since he basically hints at a

Uh, he's hanging around with Jon and Wildlings.

People are wondering why the brotherhood just slaughtered the septon and his followers. I thought it had something to do with religion since the brotherhood worship the lord of light and those people worship the seven. Just my thoughts.

I don't know because the show sometimes goes with the obvious, which would be Sansa writing LF. Sometimes I think we (viewers) have better ideas than the show. HA!
