Yup. I zoned out during it that's how long it was.

Agreed. Either that or the directing and dialog are just that bad. However, since this is the first time other than Norman Bates that I've seen him in a dramatic role, I have to go with my gut which says he can't act outside of his comfort zone at all.
Uh, so geez the only character that I really care about is dead? BTW, Vince Vaughn is an atrocious actor. Either that or the director is related to George Lucas.
Yea like he should have tried to rally everyone. He witnessed something that no other person has so far- The Night's King resurrecting the dead and an obvious hierarchy among the White Walkers. He knows what they're up against. He also killed one with Valarian Steel. How do you not assemble the whole Wall (Wildlings…
Mel had one and maybe when Sam returns?
The mutiny was credible only because Jon must have not told ANYONE other than Sam about Hardhome, which is completely ABSURD. If the Watch knew what happened there then there's no was they mutiny against Jon. Instead the show only shows him talking about it with Sam. It makes NO SENSE!
EXACTLY!! The Wall will be a boring empty plotline with anyone other than Jon there. Are they going to make Melisandre or Davos POVs at the Wall? No. They aren't strong enough in the overall plot.
I was going to reply to someone else's post with this, but figured I'd start a thread. Here's another reason why I hate what they're doing with Jon Snow: How come Jon Snow doesn't walk into the mess of soldiers upon returning from Hardhome and tell them exactly what happened there? He should have summoned the whole…
I didn't see that. I felt like Ellaria just defied him again.
Agree with everything. I am especially in agreement with Stannis. What is the point of keeping him alive? He has no army and no family. What can he possibly do to redeem himself?
… My first lower grade for a finale (C+)
This is my boomstick!
Maybe they were just trying to get a look at those scary f#ckers they've been hearing about for so long. That was actually the best scene for me. That tension was thick.
That was the best episode I've ever seen as a book reader. Completely unexpected and super entertaining.
True, I meant that the show advanced her plotline to the point where we can sort of figure out where it's going. Ultimately she will take back Winterfell. In the books, I have no idea where they are going with her arc. She's still at the Vale and yes she's learning the game, but to what end?
Dorne is too far gone. The book story was far more interesting and made more sense.
Exactly.
Great point. When Ramsay is casually walking around the courtyard with Sansa, you get the feeling that nothing urgent is happening. Like, an army is coming to overtake the castle. Where are the men? I'm starting to feel like the writers are mentally exhausted and since they actually have to write new story so late in…
It got my heart pumping and I felt light headed too, yet I wasn't poisoned. Odd.
Oh, I forgot this as well:
