I read two other internet reviews of this episode. Both cited that they can't wait for Joffrey to get it in episode 10. Did I miss something?? It looks like other characters are getting lots of time next week. Can they really cram the purple wedding into it? I feel like Joffrey has to meet his end in the same fashion

I've watched almost every episode twice, just to take in the story and compare differences. However, I don't know that I can watch the RW again. It was brutal. More brutal than the book. The fact that Jeyne, or whatever her name is, and her baby get murdered was absolutely horrifying. The ending with Cat followed by

Really?? Wow. See the show did and is doing a poor job portraying both of those characters. Robb is a total bad@ss in the 3rd book, as there is more of a focus on the military side of his character. Jon Snow is actually my favorite character, yet the show is butchering him. They left out SO much from his arc this

Yea, I read it. What's your point? Scott Ian is the biggest tool in the music industry. "Umm, I like Morrissey as a person, but I hate his voice." See, he's a tool. He doesn't want to offend him too much, because VH1 might need him to do one of those stupid, "It came from 80's" specials. HA!!

If they can get them all on board at the same time, then I'm good with more T.V. However, if it's like this new season where the whole cast was busy with other projects, then I'm out.

This coming from one of the biggest tools in the music industry.

I'm 3 episodes in and I think it's borderline awful. We'll see how the rest develops (no play on words intended).

Ha!! That's what I've been waiting for all year. I'm more exited about peoples reactions than the actual episode itself.

I was thinking that too. The Direwolves are all gone. I guess to save effects for the dragons. In the books, Robb's wolf is always with him, as well as Bran. Odd that they don't show them at all. I get Jon Snow, because he's separated from Ghost at the moment.

They should do that in episode 10. Something needs to happen after the RW to keep the viewers on edge. I was pretty shocked when she banished Jorah, as he was one of my favorite characters.

I get the explanation, but I must have missed the melody playing in the background. I wonder how many other people missed it. I think the whole RW scene is going to catch people off-guard. Like, why did Cat panic? Because she heard the song, but I don't think the viewer will put two & two together. We'll see.

I can't believe we're still discussing the nudity. It wasn't like a 45 minute orgy. They showed a couple of scenes, which were all well crafted and significant to the characters involved.

What the battle? It's going to have to start early next season. This season will probably end with Stannis preparing to leave for Dragonstone. This show can't keep wasting an entire season opener on catching up characters. They are going to have to amp it up a bit, which is why I think the battle will open next season.

Right. Just like Tyrion, they will clean up her appearance. I was also thinking that if she doesn't play a prominent role in the story at some point, maybe they will cut the whole epilogue out. I hope not though.

Geez. Don't you have anything better to do?

I have a feeling they will skip the clawing. I thought that was an odd thing to do in that moment. They will probably just stab her.

No. Where did you read that?

Not happening. Probably mid-season next year. I'll bet that next season will start with the battle of Stannis/Wall vs. the Wildlings.

Some of them have to see that something is going to happen to Robb. He's made too many mistakes, and they went through great lengths in season 1 to point out that Walder is a bastard. Well, it sounds like their expectations might be low. Perfect mood for the red wedding.

BAH HA!! I'm looking forward to the next episode solely because I can't wait to hear peoples reactions to the Red Wedding. And they thought Ned Stark was a big deal. HA!!
