Sorry @MikePfunn. But seriously, I can't be the only one who thought of it. It's so obvious! I'm gonna google it…

Does 'LoFro' make anyone else think of pubic hair?
I didn't even remember that. Do I still get to say, "See? SEE?!"
@sarahmas: I totally saw the Corky St. Clair in him too. If he weren't so distraught, I could imagine him telling the judges that he hates them and their ass faces.
Ellenore. *sniff* She was my favorite.
I also haven't been as big a fan of Lauren as others, but I thought the black widow routine was her best and it was pretty awesome.
I never got into Robert. His lifts always seemed very shaky to me and I feared Kathryn or one of his other partners would get injured, but the judges never said a word about it. He also has that soulless California boy personality (or lack thereof) that I find very unappealing, being from New Yawk originally where we…
Yeah, I didn't know Janelle Monae was so fantastic, all sci-funk and androgynous and whatnot. Where have I been? She's touring with Of Montreal this summer. That would be quite a night of performance.
I don't know that it's true NOW in American society. Wouldn't it just seem strange for someone to be in their mid-twenties or older to be a virgin? Having had a kid may be an issue for some today although certainly less scandalous than before. And the 'booby hatch' wouldn't be a part of that scenario anymore.
I think he was in it for the sport of Pissing Roger Off, which I guess is choice (a).
A couple of things happened to change Glenn's feelings. Betty rejected him and added insult to injury by getting him busted with his mom. And Sally grew up a little.
I think an important part of this was to bring divorce into Betty's consciousness, and also to show the neighbors' reactions (disdain laced with anxiety, fear, jealousy, regret) to it. And now we see that it set up a partner in crime for Sally.
Yeah, I remembered that too. Pete latched on the idea somewhat, but then used the information in a totally counterproductive way by telling the client that the public has a Freudian mortality fetish or something and freaking him out completely.
I couldn't bear how smug he was about his assumed deflowering of Peggy. I totally wanted the new take-charge Peggy to emerge and say, I'm no virgin, fool! I've given BIRTH for fuck's sake!
Agreed. This is the episode that made me fall in love all over again.
I just wikipediad "in the year 2525" and it's already been posted that the song was featured in this episode. Good job, internets!
@Milkman, that is so much like the experience of the days leading up to my father's death, I might have used all the same words if I'd thought of them.
I did too, actually, but to me, Tightrope highlighted Boogie Shoes' limitations by taking fun and lighthearted to a higher aesthetic and technical place.
Tightrope
For all my negativity toward the show this week, I will say that I loved Sonya Tayeh's 'Tightrope' with Kathryn and Kent. It was fun and cool and awesome and used Kent's giddiness in just the right way. (I say this as someone who thinks Kent is a fantastic dancer and doesn't really care about the cornball…
