Kinda Inception-like I thought.

I'm still of the mind that this was yet another case of the network not knowing what to do with a reasonably smart yet funny show. I did manage to catch a few episodes of the first season but gave up when it seemed it was a new time/night. Pretty brilliant regardless.
I almost got the feeling that they were mocking the old drivers ed films that would scare you into safe driving by showing the gruesome aftermath of horrible accidents. But maybe I'm reading a lot more into it than there really is.
I just happened to like how despite seeing the train a mile away all victims continued to just wait for the picture. There really wasn't much to the episode but my cheap thrill humor got the best of me on that every time.
It's only 40 minutes after the show ended and 250 comments? I was expecting more from those who thought Chase impersonating Burt Reynolds and/or Brando would have more to say?
Mr. Tanaka, I think you misspelled Minis, McDonalds, and Microsoft
and ones where humans were the mutants
a nice symbiotic relationship. Wonder Twins!
I would have thought that the MPDG trope would have died out just as quickly as the Gen-X/slacker movies of the early to mid '90s but here were are 10+ years later and it's still going strong. Seems like this would have been a bit better if this plot point would have been removed entirely. (And yes, I'm aware there…
What if they form an alliance?
Pauper, "The Womb" but in Elmer Fudd voice.
So Heat kinda sucked huh?
Oddly that's what I expected as well. I've found just watching the trailer (regardless of movie) and then reading said snark works out better. And, well, it's the little things…
and where is Kennedy in this mix?
Don't get me started. Oh, too late for that…
Johnny Quick, that's a great link. Wasn't there a documentary on him a few years back?
I am rethinking my B+ attitude from last night. I'm just of the opinion that even if the story sucks, when the acting carries the stupidity I'm willing to be lenient. I'll have to see the rerun later this week and see if it holds up.
I was happy just to spot the alien ship somewhere around the 1:30 minute mark.
that's when I bought my first real six-string. at the five and dime.
was the lack of Cabin in the Woods disappointing as well?
