Well we are in a bit of a pickle then, aren't we?
Well we are in a bit of a pickle then, aren't we?
In what universe is "Step" a good song? And why do people keep writing songs invoking the chords of Pachelbel's Canon? Let's please keep it to weddings and ceremonial processions, people.
I was using the oxford comma up until a couple years ago when I was told by lit people that it was lame, so I decided I didn't want to be lame and I stopped using it. Now, I'm being told that NOT using it is lame, so I decided I didn't want to be lame and I started using it again.
I'm still not sure why I could never get into this show, but here are some possible reasons, some of which may be irrational:
Does this have something to do with irregularities in the pension fund?
I saw an episode of this show once with my stepmom. She took it very seriously, saying it was the first time a TV show shined a light on the Washington underbelly. I thought it was one of the stupidest things I'd ever seen on television. We both enjoyed it.
I despise Eric Clapton but I like that string bend curlique, it's like he's grieving so hard it makes him bend strings and shit.
I'm not a mistake!
Same could be said for Catcher in the Rye, although in all honesty, I didn't care for Catcher OR Garden State when I was a teen. Can't stand stories about normal, typical, affluent people who think they are weird outcasts. If you are a fictional character, you'd better have some real problems if you're gonna go…
I dunno. I've been watching the Up Series lately and each decade until the 90s finds each subject in increasingly hideous clothing. Of course, the subjects are mostly obese Brits subsisting on diets of Bangers & Mash and Fish & Chips.
Which should be the next episode right? MLK was shot 4/4/68 and RFK was 6/6/68.
Actually, every element in the periodic table wants to look at Joan.
I can't read that without adding "I'm your only friend."
Bored and feeling reckless after being dumped by Trudy, Pete is forced to wander outside of his comfort zone. Chelsea is probably a 20 minute walk from his apartment, if that. He gets drunk, someone passes him a spliff and then in walks Sal. Of course, I've now been told that Sal is definitely never coming back to…
That is seriously such a silly mistake for Weiner & Co to make. If you're gonna name drop a world famous NYC restaurant , the least you can do is check the website and read the bio.
Does that have lentils in it?
I'm still waiting for the episode where Pete, feeling depressed and lonely, runs into Sal at a Chelsea bar and they hook up.
Twas Colonel Stan in the Project K room with the joint.
The "P" stands for "Peyote"
At this rate, Don will be a divorced, nursing home vegetable by the end of the season. I'm sure he'll still get it up for a different nurse every night of the week. And mumble nonsense about Lucky Strike and how he used to be an ad man and how Pete is a no good prick.
