We all know how manipulative Walt is. He could have easily tricked Saul into thinking the kid would get just sick enough for Jesse to be upset. Saul may be a snake of a lawyer, but I don't think he would have been involved if he knew just how bad it would be for Brock.

I don't know about anyone else, but I couldn't help but feel sorry for 'ol Ted. I've hated him this entire time and was kind of relieved when I thought he was dead. But there was something about seeing him in that hospital bed that made me a bit sad.
