Clone High was such a missed opportunity. It had a great premise but really didn't take advantage of it. Instead of making great jokes based on the fact that they were, you know, clones of famous people, the writers just focussed on the lame teenage love-quadrangle and made Abe as bland as humanly possible. Plus,

I get the criticism for having one-sided narration, and I get that Taylor is as much an egomaniac as Newcombe, but I wonder if fairly demonizing both parties was the point? The most lasting message I got from this movie is the unromantic but realistic point that creating art is about compromise and that artistic

Let the weak and awkward rise up indeed

It's been a while since I read the book, and all I can seem to remember about it is how much I hated the annotations. It's not that they weren't interesting, but they are such a disruptive and lazy device.

Well there's your problem right there. You can't break the wall more than once. And a mockumentary like 24 Hour Party People hardly counts because there was never a fourth wall to begin with.

I would hate to diminish Ray Gillette's Olympic pedigree, just because he only managed to win the bronze medal in giant slalom. Sterling Archer may call that a loss, but he is a winner to me.

*ALMOST* every sketch on Studio 60 sucked, but we can't forget The Cold Open.
The show's second episode was all about the boys trying to write the perfect opening number, to reflect the show within a show's new regime. The Gilbert & Sullivan inspired number with the orchestra and the cheeky lyrics is the best thing

E.B. Was Left Out
I have to remind the wall (and the author) that at the same time Tom uttered the jem "Those that doubt me, suck cock by choice" he also said one more amazing line that seems to have been forgotten.
