Didn't you mean to say Irony and Whine? Come on man.

It's actually called the Denver International Film Festival, or DIFF, as in "what's the DIFF?". Lots of movies, not a lot of them good. Plus they give a lifetime achievement award to Edward James Olmos every year.

I've actually met quite a few musicians and also actors in my line of work. Strange to say, but almost across the board the musicians were strange, aloof or just flat-out assholes, but the actors were almost across the board nice, accommodating, and easy to engage in conversation.

Well, I caught the last 5 minutes at Sundance and I will tell you, no. But there is a shot that is an exact replica of a shot in Django, which I thought was interesting. Then the Q n A started and I was surprised that Nicole Kidman was like a foot taller than everyone else. Plus she sounded really dumb and aloof. So

When did we all forget that a lot of humor is saying something you actually don't mean at all? And seriously, can a single one of you actually, honestly say you're truly "offended" by something a person wrote on an internet comment board? Like, when you wank away from your computer you can't get out of your head what

I don't like that guy. He yelled at me once.

Wow, what a fantastic ending to this internet tiff. My belief in the overall goodness of humanity is restored. Just like in Bubba Ho-Tep. You guys should go on a road trip to the border together.

Please write a book about this.

Oh jesus Master of Puppets is so totally the correct choice for this. I can't believe none of the writers mentioned it - they obviously took the lazy route and came up with the first thing they've been listening to over the last week. Richard Thompson? Garbage? MY lord I don't even know where to begin.

God you both are so right. I'm going to listen to Apologies all day just because you mentioned it.

Thank god I finally get to tell my BTS shitty concert story…

You're kidding, right? Best WA movie eveh!!!

Oh man if he hates the process in filmmaking he's going to looooove episodic TV. And by that I mean hate.

Even though it's not 1 single concert (though this was not either), I think Sigur Ros "Heima" is pretty much a perfect concert film that fashions a hybrid work of genuine art.

Was your world shattered because at that moment you realized all the coolest things in the world do not, in fact, happen in New York City?

Well, to be honest, what you're describing isn't really a nonlinear cut, it's basically just a live cut - which is how multicamera sporting events and tv is put together - in a control room, with all cameras / graphics / roll-ins available to a director, who "calls" the cut in real time. It's actually really exciting

May I be the first stateside to proclaim we appreciate your appreciation of the aforementioned band. I am also an admirer and would very much accept a visit from our Crypt friends to my town. Now may you go forth and enjoy Titus Andronicus for the same reasons you have so eloquently stated above.
