Scott's Tots was cringe-worthy for sure, but The Dinner Party is a classic example of cringe humor. Scott's Tots was cringe-worthy in the way it highlighted what irredeemable asshole Michael Scott was, and not in a likeable or funny way. That episode was pretty much when I checked out of the Office for good.
