Which is weird because white teenagers are like the #1 demographic for Tom's type of music.

That was the line of the night for me.
I really dislike when the show turns into Leslie vs. Ron, it's been done too many times before and it felt like both characters reverted back to their season 1 & 2 selves. I don't understand who the writers thought we were supposed to emphasize with. It's like really Ron, Leslie's too crazy, well maybe if you didn't…
You can't expect the A.V. Club to devote time to a dance music pioneer when there's some no-name beardo indie band out there that needs attention.
Veruca Salt was like that for awhile too.
R.I.P. Frankie, thanks for music. Going to listen to "Your Love" now in tribute.
SNL rarely has dance acts on, i think the last major one they had was Technotronic. The musical guests are almost always Top 40 pop and hip-hop, or some no-name indie, and on the brief occasion something for the old folks.
Well, thank you very much.
He crossed that line between everyday villainy and cartoonish supervillany.
Really the show was quite funny, and it's not like Fox had a whole lot else to show back then.
It's all that big hair, high cut pants, and shoulder pads. Everyone looked like an extra from Beyond Thunderdome back then.
Yeah, as long has it's not the good couch. Jaleel White already got dibs.
Yes, that part was gold. I love that Langley Falls has a Little Detroit.
Fine. If it makes you feel better I'll switch him out with Steven Weber.
This episode struck me has a classic example of the A & B plots needing to be switched. The Klaus/Roger stuff was great, while main plot was kind of slog to get through.
They definitely should get more seasoned comics to appear on the show like Eugene Levy or Catherine O'Hara, or you know just have an SCTV reunion, which would be better than most the talent on there today.
That bothered me too. Louis is a comedian who has a television show, SNL is exactly the type of show he should be doing. Appearing on SNL is hardly beneath him.
And now it's time for Josh Radnor to go upstate to the Farm of Forgotten Leading Men, where he'll make good friends with Scott Bakula, William Ragsdale, and David Schwimmer.
If he's what they cut out, what they leave in must be pure gold!
"The President's Neck is Missing" and "The Verdict Was Mail Fraud…"
