There are so many other things to criticize them for, it's so unnecessary to call out their appearance. Like, they were both extremely mean, likely prejudice, and led a hate campaign against another contestant just because they didn't like her for some reason.

Texas was one of the worst seasons of TC, not in the least because Heather was a horrific bully. The way she treated and talked about Bev was genuinely hard to watch.

Hosea is always the worst. That dude actually won despite being the definition of mediocre.

Bear is both scary and sympathetic.

I'm not sure. It took me until the first season was on Netflix to get into it - hopefully more people will find it now that it's there!

Well, he is suing the AVClub for a billion trillion dollars for mentioning Best Show in Podmass, so he probably knows more about AVC's business stats than we do.

I loved "Next week on Mad Men", though. It was the most artful middle finger in the history of television.

I was actually hoping Peggy's hoard would just collapse in on Dodd and his men, on its own. But seeing Peggy tase Dodd was pretty fantastic, too.

I'm all about Jane and Petra's sort-of friendship. Petra has always been my favorite side character (vulnerable villains are the best) and I like that Jane doesn't totally trust her but still feel compassion for her.

This was the first movie I remember recognizing as my favorite. I wore that tape out as a kid and could probably still quote the whole movie.

Just thinking about Paris tonight and wishing all the best things for everyone. The way the #PorteOuverte hashtag spread so quickly was truly lovely. Love to all Paris AVCers.
