I'm am 99% along for the ride with the characters on CDR but Ronna and Beverly leave me cold. I saw them last year at UCB with Nick Kroll and it was disappointing. I love Kroll but he was underutilized, to say the least, with those two.

Ain't No Grave
This album is incredible. I already think I like it more than American V. The title track is especially haunting.

I'm Alive and on Fire
Nice to see some love to Danko Jones on the AV Club—however, their magnum opus is We Sweat Blood.

Yep, it's absolutely just as essential as the rest of their records.

Whitney Houston - "The Greatest Love of All"

Priestess
Prior to the Fire was one of my favorite LPs in 2009. Their first one, Hello Master, is just as good (if a little more rock-based). And they put on a great show.

Who's going to induct the Stooges? Jack White? Bowie?

The Hangover was awesome. Zach G. should have been nominated for a supporting actor award.

Where is the love for Curb? This season had some of the best moments ever.

I was born a poor, black child.

After Larry acted as George, quit the show, and then watched the Seinfeld reunion, I actually thought to myself, "A+"

No, Mr. Sow refers to the "Viewer Hate Mail" sketch.

Yeah, the montage sent it over the top. Great episode.

And Dino Stamatopolous was on Community! Long live MR S OW

Uh, The Shape of Punk to Come? Pretty good last album.

Tibber is right!

Bad Religion
Any love for Bad Religion this past decade? I think The Process of Belief, The Empire Strikes First, and especially New Maps of Hell rank among their best work.

No shit! It's by far their best album.

I'll say it: I liked Rock N Roll.

Glad to see some praise for Together Through Life. It's one of my favorites of '09.
