The Berlantiverse has done great with f/f with Sara and Alex, but they havnt really invested anything with a m/m romance… and theyre treated differently. Maybe they will go there with them, but its so rare I'm sceptical it will happen.

The Arrowverse hadn't done a m/m romance yet, which is a shame, and Curtis and Rene seem like the most natural pairing… and the show wouldn't even have to write/introduce anyone into an already large cast.

The show has ruined Speedster villains. They shoved 3 in a row when they should have been spaced out every 2nd season (at least)

If she isn't next years villain I will scream. She's powerful, personal, knows so much about Barry, has a legit reason to want him dead (unlike this 'I wanna be the fastest/future Barry pissed me off' shit) and she's awesome.
She's the perfect villain and they don't have to write a backstory cause we already know it

Seeing the the Flash do two 'what ifs' and both mostly being duds, really makes me appreciate how well AoS is pulling of their alt-timeline story

It's all political. Captain America was created to fight Nazi's, X-men is a gay/civil rights allegory, Superman is an immigrant story, Batman confronts the failure of the justice system… every comic is political.
People just really hate politics in comics when its not their beliefs being represented
