Yeah, gay characters are still pretty rare (well written ones, with screen time even more so) so when a show has one lgbt people will actively seek it out.

They're not obliged to kiss, but after two lesbian couples have had explicit (for that timeslot anyway) sex but the two male characters are reduced to bros (who could easily be read a friends unless told otherwise) the double standard is pretty evident

So basically the only lgbt ship left is Miller and his bf, and they're not even allowed to kiss or do anything romantic… ugh

I'm hoping the CW's desperate need to be seen as a 'real channel' will compel them to renew CEG and Jane. They are their only two shows who have won any prestige or accolades outside of teen choice awards.
