i don't care about the plot points of Alison's death and what Big Bad it created… I want the characters dealing with grief. She died in their arms, she was the first casualty, and it was shrugged off.
How does Scott deal with the realty that his friends can die at any moment, or that anyone he loves will be in

Lack of follow through is teen wolf's biggest flaw.
Last season they were struggling for money, now Scott is college bound. Malia was a coyote for half her life, then she's schooling with genius IQ Lydia (it has been addressed but a season too late.) Alison died, Isaac left… and nobody really cares beyond the fleeting

I wasn't expecting a happy ending, but killing them both off was just lazy cause it's been done so many times it's basically the default for tortured gay characters. Ending the season with Paul deep self loathing and in the closet wouldn't have been 'happy' in any sense of the word… That would have have been realistic

You really have no idea how many depressing gay characters who have ended up dying/commited suicide in media over the last 30+ years…. goddamn hundreds
It's so fucking rare that we get happy endings (Spartacus was one exception) kinda sad

Two more gay characters added to the "bury your gays trope" heap

"Calling me Gearhead is like calling a Chinese person Asia-face" had me in stitches

Meanwhile, I’m actually somewhat interested in why Brett i̶s̶ ̶n̶e̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶o̶w̶n̶ ̶s̶c̶h̶o̶o̶l̶ isn't making out with Mason yet.
This show fucked over Dethan, they better not screw this up too. Write an actual gay romance with dialogue and plot and screen time… at least try to live up to the progressive

We live in a post-Walter Bishop tv scape… write ur mad scientists better and scarier or don't bother.

She does have 5000 years of techno upgrades on the other gems.

given ur admission the writer use to review things well, doesn't it seem more probable that she still writes good reviews and u just disagree cause u really like teen wolf, rather than them coincidently failing at their job while disecting a show u like?

If u want a reviewer who gushes over ships, and talks about the hot guys and ignores the myriad of plot holes… to to a fansite. If u want a critical review that asks "why is this happening and what bearing does it have on the plot" the AV club is where u go.

There are 20+ shows that are more progay than teen wolf. Their gay characters have plot, characterisation, history, flaws and development. Teen wolf is tokenism

"Only the fan's opinions matter" I guess the ratings drop is the fans basically saying what this critic is saying, that TW is declining in quality and has been since 3A.

Just when you think Teen Wolf cant get any worst *cough* S4 Final *cough* it gets a fabled AV club F grade. I'd heard stories… mostly concerning Dexter and Heroes but its another to see it.

Check out Keahu's latest Twitter for a very telling vid about Danny's whereabouts (the 'typical' at the end basically tells us what he thought about Danny's development/screen time)

This show can't even tell us what banshees are…. they seem to predict death, have telepathy, can bring back the dead (remember Peter and his resurrection) use some supernatural code to identify magical monsters.
Give us some kind of answer (see also the entire Hale family, cause there tonnes we don't know about them)

I'm sure Dorian has some kind of maid/whore who's paid handsomely to not ask questions

I loved it… A for me

I'll stick to the campy Scream Queens coming in a few months thank you. It will prob be bad, but at least it'll be entertaining to watch (unlike this)
