Ah the 'Superman/Dragonball problem' when your character is so powerful nothing is a match for them, so you have to bring in even more powerful characters… then the protagonists wins (because of course) and the cycle is repeated again.

I could have believed the brainwashing (ugh) thing if it had been an intense three months (preferably more) not three weeks.
I'm sure, especially in post 9/11 world, that shit like that goes down more often that we think, but this is just shitty writing that forces the character to point A->B with no time wasted and…

I just think they dont know how to write romance, and Laurel has no romantic partner so she's coming out miles ahead of Felicity 2.0 this season

Shes the fav now cause she's 100 miles from Oliver and has no love interest to bring her down (sapphic undertones not-with-standing)
Shes busting (trying, at least) thugs left and right while Oliver broods and Felicity cries and Diggle watches from the corner

On 'the 100' they have two queer girls, which is amazing and glorious, but I just wanted some gay male characters… and I gotta keep drilling it into my head that as much as I would love to see two men, lesbian representation is equally important (even if it doesn't appeal to me)
