They did murder him, so Luke really didn't have any reason to help them at all. Maybe if they asked him beforehand to help he would have convinced Liv and they could have done it together. He seemed sympathetic to their plight.

She is being bad ass, but I hope they don't pretend shes Team Good anymore. She murdered Tyler's hybrid friend and seemed insulted when Tyler called her out on trading one life for another, now she murdered Luke to force Liv's hand.

I FF through most of it. I sat through their first two breakups and that's my limit.

I'm sayin it, The Originals had a much better final and way more potential for next season.

They love the triangle too much to do away with it. My guess is, it'll turn into the Ripper-Elena storyline and be resolved first ep back.

It would save them having to introduce a new gay character and it would give Tyler something to do besides 'betrays everyone by having no free will' which they've already done

It would be genius if the Traveler in Tyler is gay, just so he can infiltrate both the gang's inner circle and the witches via hooking up with Luke… but i know tvd would never do something that bold with their character's sexuality.

I may give up on this show…. There gay characters though so I'll show some solidarity and give it a chance (as long as they arn't as cringey as Clark) but yeah I'm not holding my breath

Josh is the gay best friend to the pretty girl, that's his entire character. Hell when Davina died he was basically forgotten except for some off handed remark.

He needs a love interest or some romantic entanglement. On a show where everyone has at least one (sometimes two or even three) romances and 50% of the plot revolves them… neutering ur single gay character just reeks of homophobia.
