I'm calling, it. The final shot of the series will be all the dead supernaturals friends just sitting around a dilapidated Salvatore mansion with Bonnie just chatting about how they'll spend the next few million years in purgatory.

She basically plays a nicer version of Amanda on Warehouse 13, so why the fuck not cast her!?
I'm just gonna imagine C.C.H Pounder played Amanda Waller and no one call tell me otherwise
though i agree him being gay is not a big deal, in a show where everybody hooks up and angst filled relationships are 50% of the plotlines… having your single gay character be sexless/abstinent with no romantic life is a form of inequality (the "he's gay but we don't wanna show he's gay cause it's gross" defense ).
Too bad Josh wasn't an annoying white girl in 3 different concurrent love triangles… then he'd prob be fucking immortal with 5 season under his belt.
As great as having a gay character is, Pretty Little Liars, Klaine, Teen Wolf, Revenge have been destroying TVD in this area for years now… about time they showed diversity (or at least attempt to) though knowing their track record with minorities he'll prob die saving a white guy or some shit like that.
Is anyone else thinking this season might end with the actual attempted suicide of Jenna? She states Collin is all she has and if he leaves… who knows.
I'm hoping them attacking the southern pole will be as awesome as anything done in A:TLA. We really need Korra showing off her avatar state powers on a scale of Aang Vs Ozai or the Assault of the North…
This is a war after all, they need to show how epic and destructive a bending war (or any war) can be.
I don't think he knows it's destruction. He told Jinora "don't believe everything you read" so obviously Vaatu is spinning him a false tale and he's buying hook like and sinker.
Vaatu was 10,000 years ago so it's probable he's evil purpose is probably lost to time. Hell we only know about him cause Wan/Raava showed us.
If a single character was pull off half the badassry of Aang's "blowing a rock to dust without a single effort in the sky while riding Appa" the whole season would be worth it
Invading and occupying your southern ally to 'restore your connection to the spirits' was a pretty openly zealot/crazy move and it was basically the first thing he did.
I'm guessing that Vaatu lying to him and omitting some serious vital information. Maybe he thinks they'll reunite the spirit and human world or create a spirit only world, maybe he mistakenly believes Vaatu is actually good (unlikely but a possibility)
Aangs youth could have been a factor. Asking a 12 year old boy as opposed to middle aged, fully fledged avatar to end someones life would be a huge thing to ask.
Between Yangchen and Kyoshi it seems females avatars know how to get shit done and are not afraid to do what's necessary.
I hope Korra lacks Aang's aversion to killing cause that Unalaq has gotta die.
And really looking forward to Team Avatar (hopefully after they clean up the bullshit romance subplot) tearing through the south with daddy Korra and the bending twins showing no mercy to stop Vaatu
yeah she was awful when they blew her off her party and didn't even bother giving Collin a chance or notifying her they weren't coming
I know it's early in the season, but I wonder if they'll ever answer who the blonde (brunette?) woman was in the S1 final who's face was hidden… the one who ordered all that shit on the island.
How to make a Lance daughter a good character
If your friends can't accept you breaking up with someone then they weren't really good friend i n the first place.
If she's a guardian angel she's doing a pretty shitty job at it. God should replace her ASAP
