Great point about Andy "without any of Michael's charm or charisma". It's only one episode so it's too early to judge (and yet, away I go), but by the way they presented the last scene of Andy explaining his intentions, I was worried that it's just going to Andy vs. Nellie without any room for the charm or charisma

Yep, the b-word line definitely made me laugh.

Interesting. I kind of like that interpretation, and it wouldn't be out of character, really, with how much Louie was dreading the possibility of getting the job in the previous episodes.

$2 million per year for his 10-year contract.

I usually try not to overreact when I immediately like something this much, but as soon as it ended I wondered if it would top the Duckling episode for me. I'm not sure yet, but this three episode arc is pretty close.

I never even really considered the possibility of it being intended as "snarky satire" on inspirational underdog stories because I reacted to all the emotional scenes as if they were being played straight. There aren't many shows that can leave me grinning as the credits roll like this episode did. To be able to do

I had to rewind to see what Lynch actually said to him because I was still laughing at just seeing him there on the couch, having been completely ignored for the entire scene.

Yeah, I don't know if it's a sure thing at this point that Jim will actually pursue that business idea or not. It certainly seems more likely they'll leave, but I'd love it if they were bold enough to leave Jim and Pam in Scranton. And it wouldn't have to be a depressing ending at all; they just accept that they don't

I've mostly been a fan of Super-Dumb Kevin (they took it too far at times, admittedly), so I rather enjoyed his turtle story last night. The montage of him killing it and piecing it back together was a good example of taking it too far, but I really laughed at, "I'M PROUD OF WHAT I DID FOR THAT TURTLE!"

Looks like I replied one level too early. I was a little uncomfortable with how they're setting up Andy's revenge on Nellie. It's perfectly normal that he wants to get revenge, but I hope they stick more to the mold of casually insulting her all the time instead of just flat out trying to humiliate her.
