I can definitely get carried away and jump to conclusions when I'm in "What does it all MEAN?!?" mode, and a lot of people have commented that we never really have any idea where this show's headed…so for all I know Skyler Lambert and the kids are safe back in New Hampshire and Walt's back to use a massive gun to take

Interesting stuff on Skyler's morality actually causing Ted more harm in the long run. No matter what the outcome, given that there are 10 pages of comments I think most people would agree that fuck, we love this show.

I think the cold open was probably my favorite of the season premiers, perhaps due in large part to knowing that we're getting into the home stretch and there's such a sense of finality to the remaining hours we spend with these people.

Me too. He's the only character I really care about getting out, and I really don't want him to have to do anything horrible to achieve it. He's been through enough.

Incendiary device, maybe?

As great as it was to get an enthusiastic, "YEAH, BITCH!" out of Jesse, I was more excited for this exact reason. Jesse's all growed up and he was pumped that his idea was going to work.

I think my biggest problem with Ted is that I just can't stand willful ignorance in people. I know he justified his book-cooking by saying it keeps his people employed and able to pay their mortgages, but I don't know how many times Skyler explained in the simplest possible terms how his refusal to pay back the IRS

Always a possibility as well. Again, I think I'm anticipating something big for the final episodes, so I'm predisposed to go with the most catastrophic possibility.

It's funny. I love characters evolving and I want Jesse to grow up, take charge, and somehow come out of all this unscathed. But I never want to lose his endearing stupidity, as you so aptly put it. A world in which Jesse doesn't say things like, "A robot?" and actually believe they're going to build a robot is a sad,

I've become a big fan of DVR'ing it and starting it like 15 minutes past the hour to be able to fast forward through commercials.

Yeah, that occurred to me. Being that we're in the final season (or seasons, whatever), I think I'm in the mindset to anticipate big, shocking developments so my first instinct was to assume she's dead instead of assuming they're divorced or separated.
