Rob Zombie's Halloween is awful. There's actually quite a bit to like in Halloween II, however.

I actually just had someone mention to me that the entire Le Quint sequence was originally preceded by a long dialogue sequence with the plantation trying to convince them to take Django, despite not being on the inventory.  It probably explains things, and makes their gullibility more believable.
