Steve Carell's bit in the film (with Robert Smigel) is pretty amusing, but it's very close to what he did on the Dana Carvey show as the hapless prankster:
Wouldn't be a Superbowl commercial - they already have this:http://www.youtube.com/watc…
"Chrome Dreams II" is a nice mix of styles and a worthwhile listen, particularly if you have time for some great long jams. "No Hidden Path" and "Ordinary People" are especially nice.
I'm liking this as I have just about everything she's done (including the album and tour with Byrne). But I really need there to be an official release of the live version of "The Party" - it's absolutely exquisite.
* - Pending survival until 2015.
That was great, and is actually responsible for me first seeking out Led Zeppelin. I went out and bought IV on Damone's suggestion because I thought what I had been listening to was "Stairway." Ended up loving IV, and spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out what the actual song was - then listened to…
Another alternative show title: "Gareth Keenan Investigates"
I think I'll wait for the Blu-Ray at $19.99, complete with extra features like "Chicken or Fish" and the wedding night footage bonus disc. That way, I can enjoy their marriage a lot longer than they will.
Perhaps a "pay what you like" model akin to what Radiohead did in releasing "In Rainbows." Or just $5.00, which you could alternatively spend downloading any of Louis CK's specials from his website, or just going out to buy a sandwich.
Morello joined Bruce at both of the Wrigley Field shows in 2012, and Tom Joad was incredible. Morello didn't turn everything on which he guested into "Rage" renditions, though. I'm intrigued at the idea of the new album, even if it is basically a clearinghouse for some of the more recent unreleased nuggets of the…
Looking forward to the crossover episode where Derek Noakes takes his first trip to America to volunteer at the hospital and is swiftly dealt with by Dr. Jenna James.
Harrow is the one who had Mickey nearest death's door back when he gun-walked him into Nucky's office to admit that he had been lying about killing Manny Horvitz.
Also agree. Watching that build over six or seven minutes into absolute chaos was one of the best live rock and roll moments I've experienced, and I've seen more than my share of shows. I loved the Chicago gig also and may have to make the drive up to Milwaukee for some more.
I see. I'm just going on what I heard at the Vic. He did specify the followers of his show as opposed to Tosh himself.
No need to explain it to me - I'm letting you know what Anthony's take on it was, as he explained it to us in the Chicago shows.
I'm sure, but Anthony made it clear he's not a fan of Tosh or his fans.
He talked about the cancellation at his shows in Chicago last week, and made it pretty clear that the next time he has a show on television, "It will be on a better network for more money." There were a lot of jabs at Comedy Central sprinkled through the night.
The joke as he told it in Chicago last week was in the form of a tweet. It was something to the effect of, "There are some lines you just do not cross. Like the Boston Marathon finish line."
