Okay, so I went to the FedEx website for a quote on a 3kg package from LA to Perth - $278.95. I think the issue is the use of couriers.

Did anyone get a quote for shipping costs? I'm worried I left it too late, because I thought everything would be too expensive, but the Can-Can dress is only $70, so if postage is reasonable, I'll bid. I am guessing Australian shipping would be like $100 though.
