I'll never understand why Geoff dropped Wally so fast. Wally made his career - you'd think he'd have some kind of sentimental ties to the character.

SHIELD's got about 8 episodes before it's cancelled - I think. After the first episode, all the kids will be asking "WHERE'S THE HULK????" and tune out. Continual drop-offs every week as the focus becomes Josh Whedon Empowered (but not really) Female Character Drama (tm).

Captain Cold in glorious live action will be AMAZING.

More like somebody wrote a comic book for a small % (people who spend most of their time online) of a small % (Marvel comics fans) of a small % (comic book fans in general) of people. And specifically pandered to them to the point where the book is incomprehensible to anyone else. That's bad for the business.
